Brittain’s Home Stores
Brittain’s are an english food store based on the French Riviera. In early 2019 to adapt to changing markets, Brittain’s moved online offering ambient and frozen food through their new eCommerce website.
Brief
We were to redesign the main website into an eCommerce website with online payment and build a new website, Brittains Direct to offer frozen food, delivered within 48 hours from order. We were also to manage the company social media and SEO.

Result
The communication across the board from newsletter releases, social media & online blog was increased and sales started to come in from all areas across France. The website has now become a household name for all expats in France.

Ben created two linked sites for us from scratch which enabled us to develop our business through a very difficult period from March 2020. He created links to facebook and set up and ran our notification and messaging processes. He created and published adverts as well as providing artwork for leaflets when required. He has a good understanding of all forms of advertising and his graphic design ability is excellent.
